Product Description

This machine tool is mainly used to process inner hole and face of large sized gear parts, which may realize same group grinding of inner hole and face of the workpiece under one clamping to meet the verticality requirements of the face to the inner hole. The machine may realize various spare parts processing by function change of the CNC system, such as: spare parts with inner conical hole and step hole, etc. The machine tool has higher automation degree and can be equipped with automatic clamps, which is applicable for large and medium batch production.
I, structural features and performance of the machine tool
1, This machine tool control system adopts Siemens 802D system, which may control double-shaft linkage to realize interpolation motion;
2, Layout of the machine tool: it adopts headstock for fixing, abrasive wheel frame to perform feed motion (X shaft), and working table to perform vertical reciprocating motion (Z shaft) as grinding method. The double shafts are driven by the servo motor via ball screw. The transmission chain is simple and reliable, which may realize linear motion with no clearance and high sensitivity; 
3, The headstock adopts high accuracy sleeve spindle structure with high accuracy and easy maintenance. Stepless speed regulating of driving of the workpiece spindle is realized by the AC frequency motor via poly V-belt to make the workpiece rotate.
4, The abrasive wheel spindle adopts mechanical abrasive wheel shaft with integral installation and is drive by the motor;
5, The machine tool adopts independent electric box which is of easy operation;
6, The Japan Tokyo Seimitsu or Italy Mapos active internal diameter measuring instrument (both of special ordering) is optional, which may highly meet the size scatter requirements of processing accuracy of the spare part in order to meet the accuracy requirements of batch production of the spare parts.
