Machine application:

The machine is used for producing cylindrical parts, ring parts with high precision requirements in the way of centerless through feeding. And it also can be used for grinding cone parts with cone angle less than 3° and molding rotational parts in the way of centerless in-feeding. It's applicable for mass-production.

Machine configuration & characteristics:
1. Only reg. wheelhead feeding.
2. Single side supporting GW. spindle with multi-piece dynamic pressure bearing.
3. Double-side supporting RW. spindle with rolling bearings.
4. The feeding guideway for reg. wheelhead, shaping guideway for GW. and RW. are all double-v shape pre-loaded rolling guideway. They're featured sensitively movement.
5. Mitsubishi control system controls the fast approach, rough feeding, semi-feeding, micro-feeding and compensation of reg. wheelhead as well as the feeding and compensation of GW. dresser (servo motor).
6. RW. dresser feeding is controlled by manual while reciprocating of GW. dresser and RW. dresser is controlled by gear motor.
