Overall description: this machine tool is CNC vertical internal grinding machine, which is applicable for processing workpieces with cylindrical hole and especially applicable for batch grinding of the inner hole of spare parts of larger regulation. The main features of the machine tool: the machine tool adopts vertical layout and Mitsubishi CNC system. The vertical working table adopts servo motor which directly drives the ball screw for transmission. The balancing cylinder may balance the self-gravity; the horizontal grinding frame adopts servo motor which is directly driven by the ball screw for transmission. The work piece is capable of specialized positioning and clamping; the machine tool can be equipped with active measuring instrument to control the inner hole size on line; the abrasive wheel shaft may adopt high frequency electric spindle to drive the abrasive wheel to rotate.
